local love....is what they call it here.

This bar puts almost every other bar to shame.

The Egyptian chef in the back is crazy talented and makes the greatest dishes!.

The venue can seat a medium sized bar easily. There's always something happening here. Ton's of locals and 2 girls bartender here are my friends. Naturally, we have way too much beer than we can handle.

They play all the sports games and fights here. The staff is really friendly.
They will always refill your drink or get you a new one if you don't like yours and/or get you extra sauce without charging you.

Oddly, the food is the reason I come here. It's SO cheap but the quality of food is unbelievably good. Unlike other bars, the place is neat and very cautious of drunken rowdy crowds. It's an extremely welcoming atmosphere.

They have the Pump breakfast for $3.99
    2 eggs - any style
    hashborwns
    sausage
    ham
    bacon
    2 pieces of toast
cup of Orange or apple juice.

    Ridiculous.

the quarter chicken with 2 sides is %5.99
ask for the Portuguese sauce over it. It's fantastic!.
The salad is almost always fresh, the wings are damned good. They aren't as big but grilled perfectly, with extra sauce on the side. Yummmm.

if you're ever here ask if Victoria is working. She'll hook you up.

    xoxo

Quarter Portuguese chicken with 2 sides for $4.99 (dark meat, +$1 for white)?! I'm in.  My dad mentioned this hidden gem to me and I decided to drop by during my lunch hour.  Being a bar in the middle of suburbia, it's very empty during lunch.

I drove by after work and it was packed though, so this definitely seems like a local hangout.  And why shouldn't it be? The Portuguese chicken was great, and with friendly servers and specials like 40 cent wings on Monday and Tuesday, $12 all-you-can-eat fajitas on Wednesday and $12 AYCE ribs on Saturday, I'd be here often as well if I lived locally. The rest of the menu seemed fairly standard priced, with entrees ranging from$7-18.

Ambiance is your standard pub, bar seating on one side with tables spread out amongst the rest of the establishment and wood decor everywhere.  I didn't notice too many screens (though but I wasn't paying particular attention).

I'll be back during lunch, and I'll be sure to try the AYCE fajitas with some beers after work one of these days!

This again, is one of those places that I never thought I'd ever find myself in as this place is way out in Mississauga (where I'm not) and is a neighbourhood bar (of which I'm not a member) found in a strip mall.  The outside looks like pretty much every other place in the strip mall and going inside the décor is plain and utilitarian as you'd expect a sports bar to be.

What dragged me out here was a stand-up show I had to do, and that's when I became aware of the intangibles that make this place slightly better than most of your other franchised sports bars.  There's a raised area designated for the main bar that houses those that prefer to stand, lean on the bar, and watch the Leafs lose.  The main dining area has sight lines to several TVs so that you're not left without the televised action either.  The food is as good as you're going to get in any sports bar.  The wings are quite decent, the wrap (yes, a wrap at a sports bar) is good, though a lettuce leaf other than "iceberg" would go far in the side salad.  But this is a sports bar.  Who's having salad in the first place.

This place is pretty standard, but what I like about it most is the staff.  They are friendly, fast, and fun and take this place a step above most other regular bars let alone sports bars.  If I lived in the area, this place would probably become my local, as it currently is for others there.
