I suppose some of these chip trucks could be interchangeable, but I personally had the best order of fries from this wagon. I'd even be bold enough to say that their poutine and fries are better than that of the infamous blue chip truck. http://www.yelp.ca/biz...
Of course, it's standard wagon food, so don't expect anything gourmet. Here's where you get your starches, questionable meat, and quick service, and that's it. But my primary attachment to this wagon is based on its availability pretty much whenever I need it -- it seems to be the only truck dishing out the goods late at night. I've also passed by at 9:00am, and the truck/employees were there.
(Wait. Rewind, rewind. I don't recall any breakfast items on their menu. Who the heck is eating those hot dogs at 9:00am?) -

If these are Bavarian fries, I shun my Teutonic heritage. Definitely the worst of the lot - soggy (not crispy) and flavourless, save for a few inklings of oil. No one on our French Fry crawl rushed to finish this plate of fries. If you see this chip stand, rush over to the next one - any that you see - and order their fries instead.
I can't imagine the street meat would taste much better.
