It's only a few blocks from Waterfront Skytrain Station, and in the direction of the dilapidated side of that area. So, you'll very likely be surprised when you finally get to it on the third floor because of the clean open space that looks more Yaletown than the DTES-like exterior.

In addition to being very transit accessible (important when parking can be nightmarish), the location boasts two coffee houses on the same block; a wide variety of places to dine in every direction and not more than a few blocks away; and no neighbours who care when your party of 100+ is buzzing louder than a Canucks game.

Drawbacks include a staircase up with steps that can feel wobbly at times, not being wheelchair accessible, and crazy-loud traffic noise when the windows are wide open.

I've been to the network Hub before and it's a very spacious place to hold meetings. If you're looking for a great place that is relaxing, intimate, but yet professional than this is a great place. The networking events held in the evening can accomodate 100 plus people. Located in downtown Vancouver, it's near the busy financial district of downtown as well.

Great space for events. Nice brick and timbers archtecture combined w modern design. Can get a bit warm when the room is packed.
