The Milkman is the store at Granville Island Market to go to if you need dairy staples. They have milk, yogurt, cheese, and ice cream. They also have several varieties of eggs including organic free range and Born 3 eggs. If you go to the counter on the side of the shop you can get ice cream by the scoop.

Fro-yo girl here. Yes, there is fro-yo on Granville Island. The Milkman carries yogurt, eggs, milk, butter, and cheese and it also has an ice cream/fro-yo counter. Liberte yogurt, made in the Montreal area, is creamy, thick and delicious.
They have Dole Whip, soft serve fro-yo (chocolate and vanilla), flavor burst, smoothies and mix-in fro-yo blended with frozen fruit.
* Raspberry mix-in fro-yo: I wasn't offered a choice of the fro-yo base. The portion was very small (the cup is one I've used for fro-yo samples before). The fro-yo was thick and creamy, sweet (not tart at all) with some seeds. They used less fruit than usual so the raspberry flavor wasn't as pronounced. Two stars for being stingy on fruit and portion size.
