I got the socialshopper special and at first i was a bit skeptical to go here because i hadnt seen any reviews and ive been to a few other laser places and i had a bad experience i really didnt want to go through that again! But as soon as i got there they are very proffesional. I loved my experience. Jody has incredible customer service skills shes very friendly and definately knows what shes doing! I would not think twice about going back there again for laser hair removal and i will recommend it to everyone!!! :)

I found out that the Marquis Laser Room and the Exquisite Laser Room are part of the same company so I'm leaving my review here even though I visited the Exquisite Laser Room in Port Moody.
I had purchased a voucher on SocialShopper for 2 teeth whitening sessions. Since I quit smoking about a 18 months ago I thought it would be a good chance to do a whitening kit.
The location is in a very clean salon with lots of free parking out front. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment and they took me right away since the previous appointment had already left. Delisa was the technician who administered the session and she was very informative and professional. I wasn't able to last the full 20 minutes but I look forward to the results. They told me not to eat anything that would stain a white shirt in the next 24 hours for best results. I'm not sure if I can live on rice, chicken and white wine for that long but I'll try my best!
My next session is scheduled to be approximately 4 weeks away and I'm sure my pearly whites will be much better off because of it!
I wasn't sure how much to give as a tip so I just stuck with the 15% rule. My appointment lasted approximately 40 minutes so I think $15 on the retail cost of $99 is quite fair. -

If you purchased a coupon, forget about booking a time slot on the weekend. It's reserved for "full- paying" clients.
