I have some some pretty great finds over the years at Sellution...the stock changes quite often..the pieces are a range of mid-century..provincial..colonial..crappy 1970's ....you name it...
The prices are pretty fair..not like some others on Main that are way over priced...and they do lower them after the items have been there a while....you can also try and strike up a deal...
They have some great dressers to choose from..which is what we are in the market for...some a little worse from ware but with a little TLC you could have a great new piece from your home...Listed in: My Main Street Mainstays

This shop seemed a bit more on the "second hand" than "antique" side of things, but the furniture looked pretty sturdy and there was a fair selection of nic nacs, some cool lamps, vases and other decorative things for the home.
They do consignment for furniture and have a selection ranging from antique to mid-century modern to contemporary. The prices are quite reasonable and the man in the shop was really helpful and we found a gem here! -

I went in here expecting to find some great second-hand bargains but came out a little disappointed. It seemed like more of an antique store than a second-hand furniture store. They definitely weren't selling antiques though - as the woman who owned the place told a man who came in.
It was the prices and the smell made it seem very "antiquey". A musty and "old" smell encapsulated the room and most of the pieces were dusty, scratched, or at least very well worn. To be fair, I think this was their aim. Most of the pieces are old and I'm sure that they would appeal to many tastes, just not mine.
I did find an old Chintz & Co. glass and metal table I really liked and another two glass and gold metal tables that I'm uming and ahing over. The glass and gold metal tables were only about $110 each but the Chintz & Co. table was over $200.
I'd definitely come back to Sellution again. These types of stores sometimes have some rare finds that stay with you for years. -

The Main Sellution is a large-ish store where you are almost certain to find a tasteful or groovy piece for your home. It might be a dresser with an attached vanity mirror from last century, or it might be a funky old television or a couch covered in velvet damask fabric. Whatever corner of your home needs some doing up, you are likely to find something worthwhile here if you look hard enough or keep coming back as there is always something new and worth admiring. The prices here are not inexpensive, but they are fairly reasonable, and with so much selection, you can be sure to find what you're looking for.
