I've seen this bar for years since I've been going to see films at Empire theaters at the Pen Center. A group of friends and myself decided to try it out for the first time, since we had along wait until the next film showing, and were sorry we did.
The security guard took his job a little too far, and did his best to make asinine comments, even though we were all well over the legal age, and had our identification with us.
The service was slow, which is understandable if it was jam-pack, but it was dead, and there were loads of staff milling about. We ordered food as well, which was abysmal to say the least for what they are charging.
