Up until last weekend the beaches were practically in a state of emergency:
No Frozen Yogurt.
Well, luckily, the residents (and visitors) of the beach can breath a huge sigh of relief because this yummy little spot has opened up. My husband and I checked out this place on our way back from walking the dog on the boardwalk. They have a stupid amount of flavours, and they mix in the fruit with the yogurt rather than having it pre-mixed - which is just how I like it. So so so good. The owner mixed up his special "caramel apple pie" for me - and it was divine. My husband had white chocolate with macadamia nut, also tasty! Yum-O!
And, not to be forgotten - my dog also got his own frozen yogurt. Actually, I had them give me a stick of frozen yogurt because otherwise Manni will also eat the cup it came in. He loves frozen treats, and altho he crammed the entire thing into his mouth, he had to chew it for a long time - which is great since he usually hoovers up an entire cup or cone in about 5 seconds.
Anyways, adorable little place (right across from starbucks) and it saves me from having to eat baskin robbins, Also saves me the trek (and calories) at Ed's. Plus, at $3.50 a pop it's cheaper than everywhere else! This is perfect! Huzzah!

The ONLY Frozen Yogurt in the Beach! Come try one of our favourites or create your own with more than 20 different options - thats over 2600 different flavour combinations - WOW. My favourite is Banana, Peanut Butter, Nutella. Hey Tom, let me know when you are in the Beach and a Peach, Pecan will be waiting for you ;-)

The Little Yellow Window started with a simple vision - Offer nutritious fruit and nut options in a bustling Beach neighbourhood. And here it is! Just steps from the famous Beach in East Toronto where culture, art and business come together. It all started from 'The Little Yellow Window -in the Beach' .
Come by and enjoy any combination of over 20 fruits and nuts mixed together to create a nutritious and scrumptious treat I am sure you will love.
Also famous is my Sheltie, Portia who spends most days lounging around outside saying hi to everyone who walks past.

Meet the Business Owner: Matthew P.
With a solid background in Information Technology and Marketing, I decided to branch out and start a Frozen Yogurt business. Living in the Beach myself, I saw the need for fresh Frozen Yogurt where none existed. I was bored with the same old 31 flavours and when I realized how much fat was in ice cream, I stopped enjoying it all together. Frozen Yogurt is a 'sleeper' treat due to the fact that most people do not realize that it only contains 2 grams of fat and 10 grams of sugar. Add fresh frozen fruit or nuts to the mix and now you have an active healthy treat with probiotics, enzymes and nutritious whole fruit. Come by and say hi - mention you read this bio and I will give you yours for free - limit one per customer.
