We hit this place up while visiting Kamloops, arriving right around suppertime. Not wanting to be the company that shows up right at a meal, we looked for a nice steak place, as my wife had a craving for meat. We turned to Yelp to find a place that hit the bill, and The Keg came up (I also discovered how little Yelp is used in Kamloops).
If you've been to a Keg before, you know what to expect in terms of the food. The location is great; it appears to be a trendy little area with a bunch of condos surrounding it, and it's close to the river (and a train station).
Our meal was great, and the service was okay. A few times I found myself with an empty water glass, and no sign of the server.
Nice location, good food, decent service - if I find myself craving a steak next time I'm in Kamloops then I'll probably head back here.
