What the hell was wrong with our waitress!? I was actually afraid she was going to stick me with one of the shiny steak knives they offer you there. She was nutso man!
Food was good. No mushroom caps (big let down for me). But nice atmosphere. Nice and clean. Service makes a big difference and this Keg lost two stars because of the insano waitress they hired to serve us.
Ugh. Gives me chills just thinking about it. -

Horrible service. Outrageous! They lost our reservation. When we asked if they could still accommodate our party, the host said yes and had us sit in the lobby while they made arrangements. The host returned a few moments later to ask when the rest of our party would arrive. We told him they were running late and would be arriving soon. The host then proceeded to tell us that they could only accommodate us in the dining room if the rest of our party was here, but that they could seat us in the lounge instead. I cannot believe this. THEY lost our reservation for the dining room, we did not make a reservation for the lounge. The host was not the slightest bit apologetic. Just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. He actually used the words "you're not paying customers, so I can't seat you in the dining room." Completely outrageous assumptions! It's really only unfortunate for them because it was a birthday celebration table of six and we are simply eating elsewhere. Not the first time I've had subpar service at this location. Never returning.
