I have been to many Keg Restaurants and the food is generally very good value and the service is acceptable.
It was last Saturday that we had a table of 8 to celebrate the father in laws birthday.
It has been a long time (and I eat out twice per week or more) since we had such a fun, professional, knowledgeable waiter who served us.
Jamie was his name (aka Tahiti :-) )
Just wanted to be sure the management at this location recognize Jamie as his knowledge on the history of the keg and the owners was remarkable and appreciated. -

If there is one thing I can cook at home it's a steak. So a trip to the Keg is an occasion to try a new twist on serving a steak dinner. We went to try the much-advertised Summer Lobsterfest and I ordered the Seafood Sirloin which was supposed to have lobster, shrimp, and scallops. Nothing wrong with the steak, but I needed a magnifying glass to find the lobster. It was about the size of a thimble. Two Seafood Sirloins and one glass of wine came to $85. This is not worth it! I'll continue to eat my steaks at home. The Keg is over-advertised. Buy yourself a barbeque!
