Jamie takes great care of the dogs he looks after and grooms. I've taken my dog there a few times and have always been satisfied.
He is one of the few groomers located in the downtown core. The hours are sometimes hard to work around but if you just contact him directly he seems very flexible and will work something out.
He seems to have a huge love for dogs and they seem to love being around him.
The Groomer's are also very competitive considering they are one of the few to service the downtown area. -

Took my dog there once and would never go back. Granted, my dog is a delicate flower, terrified of her own shadow. But instead of handling her with the necessary care, The Groomer completely terrorized her. We came to pick her up and the Groomer immediately started complaining to us about how difficult she was and that he still needed to finish. But, as he was finishing, we could see him yelling at her and basically manhandling her. Big surprise she was trembling and making his job "difficult." Note: never had a problem with any other groomer.
