The staff are wonderful. They take their time, and do a beautiful job.
The rates are reasonable, "full groom" $56. I will return for sure!

WARNING!..Just brought our dog in for the Spring shave and groom and they did a HORRIBLE JOB!. They obviously rushed the job because 1) They did a bad shave with bumps all over his fur but even WORSE 2) They cut his anus area with the clippers as he'd been scooting for days after the groom. I didn't notice anything obvious until day 3 when the cuts had started to heal and scab!. DO NOT GO TO THIS GROOMER AND STICK WITH THEIR COMPETITOR NEXT DOOR...Unleashed Dog Spa. I wanted to originally go with them, but they were' booked all week...for good reason, they are way BETTER than Groom Room .
I called them to make amends but got nothing but " ohhhh, sorry" Bad business! -

I love this place! I took my two Brussels Griffons there for their first cuts ever. Jay Jay is great, he took the time to go over every detail of the cut. When he had questions later in the day he even called me to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted.
I've also taken them in for nail trims with the girls who work there. My youngest dog is EXTREMELY TIMID and is terrified of people yet she is fine when she is with the staff there. They are very gentle and calming for the dogs. I highly recommend this place. -

I like taking my dog Mr.Snuggles to the Grooom Room. Since J.J.the owner moved a few doors down, the new place is even more spacious. This means for space for the dogs to play. It's also bright, clean and modern looking too. Since I bring Snugs to J.J. on a regular basis, he keeps on file the specifications for grooming Snugs on file. This means he doesn't have to ask me everytime. During the summer, I'd ask J.J. to cut a more fur off. After Snugs' day at the salon, he smells really nice for the next few days.
His service maybe a bit more but you can leave your dog there for the whole day. So you can drop off your dog before work and pick him up after work. How convienient!!! -

I read all the great reviews on Yelp and decided to take my 6 month old puppy (a cocker spaniel) to the Groom Room. When I arrived, I believe I spoke to J.J. the owner about what I wanted for my pup. I'd never had a dog groomed before, and he was very helpful and concise in explaining everything involved in a full groom. I decided on a simple short cut all around, but leaving the ears long.
My appointment was at 1, I was told to come back at around 4-4:30. I was amazed at how good Barney looked! he was groomed perfectly with no uneven patches. With tax, I was charged $60. Not bad for a good looking, happy pup.
In addition, I like how they take extra precaution with dogs with certain shampoo/product allergies. Also, they have windows looking into the grooming area so you can see exactly what's going on. All the dogs did not look scared or timid.
They have a daycare section, but I would say it's best for small dogs as the space is too tiny for large breeds.
All in all, definitely worth it! -

Rambo always comes home very happy, fluffy and smelling great:) I have never been to the salon as my husband always drops him off so I cannot comment on the location, but I hear it's new and spacious.
Our poor lil guy has been to some awful places. One place cut his nails way too short and he was bleeding everywhere. Another place he came home with his tail between his legs terrified! Rambo always comes home from the Groom Room a VERY HAPPY dog. -

The Groom Room is a bright, pleasant salon. J.J. , the proprietor
is very good with his work. He asks owners for specific directions
as to the desired grooming results. He goes over the whole body
and notes how you want each area to be groomed. And he follows through and is consistent. -

I have been taking my little furry guy to the Groom Room for about 2 years. The owner always remembers us and knows what to do, is consistent, friendly, and professional. My doggie always comes back looking like a million bucks. I like that they carry skin sensitive oatmeal base shampoos in their product line. The owner always takes into account what would look best for my doggie. Out of all the groomers I've been to in the past 11 years, The Groom Room is definitely the best experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a great place to get your dog groomed. They are very professional and attentive to the dogs and the doggie playground is very cute! Prices may be a little high but worth it a clean groomed dog in return.

This salon is only good for smaller dogs. I have a large breed dog who is friendly with all breeds of dog no exceptions. They keep the large breed dogs in a small room while all the smaller dogs are free to play in the play area. For my money I'll find a place that doesn't segregate my dog from the others and make him feel alienated.
I will say they did a good job at cleaning him and I didn't feel as though I paid too much. -

My Goldendoodle received excellent care at the Groom Room. He needed a good overall trim but I wanted to retain the "teddybear" look and the owner understood exactly what I meant. A lot of trouble was taken during the 5 hours Gypsy was there and the end result was beautiful! I liked the way the owner talked to me afterwards about how the grooming went. I will be back! Attractive establishment with caring and professional staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
