ok that's the only deal you should go for when in Niagara Falls! Honestly have you seen how much does a burget with fries cost there??? same as the buffet at the casino.
    so yeah. come here.

the food is great. the variety is amazing. even as a vegetarian I found lots of things to eat in all the categories: appetizers, mains and desserts.
Non alcoholic drinks are included into the buffet cost. which makes it even so much more awesome!

And yeah even vegan friends that were there found what to eat.

service is fast and staff is friendly and it's right downtown. what else to ask for?

Came here for breakfast this morning, compliments of my mom's Players Advantage Card. It's nothing special, except your usual breakfast fare.

I feel like you can get this anywhere. Omelette station, Eggs made to order, corned beef hash, home fries, bacon, sausage, eggs benedict, sauteed mushrooms, refried beans, veggie quiche, potato latkes (not bad), pancakes, waffles. There was also a cold section for yogurt and toppings.

Service was just mediocre. We got al little bit of attitude when after I ordered coffee for my mom, she wanted juice. When I got my eggs, I asked for over easy He said to me "sorry, I wasn't pay attention, it's not over medium" and slapped it on my already nicely laid out plate.  He could have taken it aside and put a cover on it on a separate plate, just saying.

If you have a car, take a drive to Paris Crepe Bistro (http://www.yelp.ca/biz..., open at 11am) or maybe even the diner downstairs would be worth while. Unless you're getting this for free, no reason to come here, even then I would double think it.

First impressions of this buffet is the line up: always a lot of people waiting in line during meal times.  Prices look decent and the view out onto the falls is amazing.

Prices look reasonable and there was a sign that states that there's a discount of patrons with a casino club card.  A group of us lined up only to be told when reaching the cashier that this discount only applies for those of us with the Players Advantage card.

On to the food itself, there's quite a few varieties but the quality are similar to those you will find in lower class buffets, and is definitely not worth the price.

Did I mentioned about the view earlier?  It is simply spectacular.  However, when I tried to walk up to the window so to take a picture of the falls, I was threaten by a member of the staff that my camera will be confiscated.

Definitely will not be returning to this place and I don't recommend trying this place either.

There's no buffet my Dad is not willing to try. Since I won a little on the Big Six, I decided to treat him here...

The inside decor is a little dated, but the service was really good and the price is good enough. There is a big buffet area, but the food options are actually cut in half, as one side of the buffet is mirrored options from the other side. The food was standard fare, pasta, salad, chicken.... but nothing extraordinary.... Then they brought out the lamb. YAY lamb! haha. I love lamb, and they cooked it deliciously. That was the great highlight of my meal, and what had me leaving a happy customer!

I was here on vacation, and not sure when I will return... but you bet I'm coming back just for the lamb!

It is just fine. Like eating at a friend's house (not a dinner party... just casual eating at a friend's house). Better than a dining hall or dinner theatre buffet... that must be because of the the $$$$ casinos have. They can hire more experienced chefs, and they can afford premium ingredients.

It really is. Mr. Rosie S. and I ate BOTH lunch and dinner here a few weeks ago when we went to see my Daddio's Elvis show. It was great - tasty, wide selection, PLUS we had "Artist Passes" so it was free. AWESOME.

The day we were there, the soup of the day was FANTASTIC! It was a vegan cauliflower puree-type soup and it was AWESOME.

Mr. Rosie S. says the carving station beef and the shrimp were both good and tasty, but nothing to write home about. Regular buffet fare, just a little better quality.

We also loved the salad bar and create-your-own-pasta station. WARNING: The pizza sucks.

One has to mention the volume of people they serve as well, so you know everything is SUPER fresh!

The lineups are crazy, but we got to bypass them because of the "Artist Passes". I have never, EVER seen lineups like this. SERIOLUSLY. We would have gone hungry or off-site rather than wait through that line. I think it's probably because that's how they comp people - they give them free buffets... come stay! Gamble! Free parking, free meals, free shows, free hotel room... spendspendspend on games!!!

Don't waste your time here. The food is not that good.

I had breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Late night after clubbing dinner here. all sucks even when I was drunk. The worst part I is I usually get comp for my food from the casino and I still won't go there.

I would say 8 out 10 people who goes there get their food comp by the casino. :-)

For $20, there are way better buffet else where!

The great view of the fall makes it a 2 star...  As I just got there, I want to take a picture of the Niagara Falls, but the waitress told me no pictures inside the restaurant.... she was very nice about it.

so no picture of the food, but you didn't miss much.

Not much in terms of presentation... The only thing worth writing about is the great dessert selection.  A lot of choices but nothing wow...

It's okay for the price that you pay.  Of course I'm sure there are better buffets in other places, but this was pretty decent.

I did spy a few gnats, but I chose to ignore b/c I was starving.

Service is great, and like I said, the price is decent ($20 for playing members at the Fallsview Casino & $22 for non-members).

I would most likely come back when I visit.

The price was good compared to so many over-priced and mediocre restaurants in the city.

The desserts were excellent!  They had everything.  No complaints there.

The rest of the buffet was disappointing though.  Not much to choose from.  I was surprised by the lack of choices for such a busy place.  They only had one kind of dinner roll - the plain frozen kind that they reheated.  The pasta station was GROSS.  The pasta was not fresh and the alfredo sauce was runny and didn't taste like any alfredo sauce I've ever liked.  The salad bar was really limited as well.

The good was the roast beef and lamb koorma.  We also had a great server.

We came here for a bit of shopping but mainly for the BUFFET. They advertised it so well, we were wanting some crab legs!

but it was an epic FAIL... we had 6 adults and 2 children (below 3 years old).  and the Buffet is WITHIN the casino, and "no children below 19 are allowed in the casino". But the buffet is just food. This is DRASTICALLY Different from Vegas, where families are allowed to walk through the casino, just no stopping, and go straight to the buffet. but this is NOT So in Canada.

Why would you decide to place your Buffet in a place where you will have to lose all that Family business? In what world does this make sense?

    Fail. Fail. Fail.

I'm giving this a thumbs down not because the food's not good. I didn't get to dine in there cos they don't allow kids to the restaurant.
The restaurant is located at one end of the casino. There are no other entrances except through the casino. You have to first go through a brief security check before entering the casino.

This casino has a totally no kids (under 18) policy, not even walk through. I quote what the security said "They don't want kids at this restaurant".

Anyway, when I went by, the line is pretty long. So be prepared to queue for a while if you dine there.

*For those with kids, I highly recommend Golden Lotus (same hotel, located at the entrance). Chinese buffet. Very good, same price. :)

'Grand' is the perfect word to describe this buffet. There is Chinese food, a carvery, make your own pasta, salads, and so much more. The dessert offering is so alluring, I ate cake like a rabid animal gorging itself. They would either have to turf me out, or wait till I glutinised to the point of vomiting and loss of conciousness. Seriously this is the most bad-ass buffet I have ever encountered. I so was jubilant the idea of leaving the buffet even to use the bathroom seemed absurd. I was indulging like never before. At $60 for three people, unlimited soft drinks and a buffet worthy of King Kong and who can forget a view over Niagara Falls, this is the must try eatery in the Niagara region.

The Grant Buffet has been around for a while. Unfortunatley, of late, the menu has been a bit hit and miss. In its infancy it was an awesome place for a meal but lately it could use improvement. I'm not saying don't go. Fact of the matter is you're probably not gonna go to the Casino for the food, eating at the Grand Buffet will likely be a by-product of your gaming experiance. If you're gonna go, I suggest you ask to check the buffet out before committing to the meal. Make sure you get yourself a PAC (Players Advantage Card) card at the casino guest services (there is no cost to you) and you will get $2 off you buffet meal. If you drop $20 in a slot machine your parking will be free too. The way I see it, you may as well chance the triple "7" on the slots to get free parking instead of paying for it...

I still do love the buffet, I know how bad it is for me and I know how
easy it can be to eat a weeks worth of calories in one sitting and not
even notice. The problem with this usually is that the calories aren't
worth it. The food is usually a sad impression of what it actually
should be and so you end up stuffing your face with subpar nosh. The
Grand Buffet at the Fallsview Casino is without question one of the
finest buffets I've even visited. The dinner brings to mind a Roman
feast with plates of food literally overflowing; there is a carvery
station, a pasta area and where the dinner menu really shines is in their
desert selection. In most buffets, the desert is the weakest link in an
already weak chain. At The Grand Buffet the desert actually tastes as
good as it looks which is even more impressive because it looks good.
There are a wide array of buffets in Niagara Falls but of the ones I've
been to (and that's more than I'd like to admit) this is by far the
    finest.

The food was terrible! The choices was fairly limited. Chinese food was REALLY bad! The "create your own pasta bar"  was tasteless and very bland. The dessert section was okay.  For a place called "The Grand Buffet" it doesn't live up to the name at all!  $20 per person with PAC not worth it at all. Go elsewhere!

In typical casino fashion the Fallsview Casino never wants you to leave the premises so they offer The Grand Buffet, which happens to live up to the name. With almost more choices in food than roulette tables you can easily fill the 90 minute allotment. The quality of food was great and the wait staff was hospitable. Be sure to save room for dessert because there are plenty of delectable options.
