I can't remember the last time I bought from the Gap, but recently I bought some basic Ts on sale. Well two of Ts turned into crop tops after a wash (in cold water too) and Gap took them back no questions asked. The manager and cashier were very helpful and didn't make me feel like a villain. I didn't even bring the right receipt with me, but they were able to look it up and credit my card directly. I really appreciated the customer satisfaction policy and full refund- something to keep in mind when making a purchase in the future.
