Does any one else find it weird that there is a Gap Kids in Kerrisdale?? Such a cute, local business driven community and right smack dab in the middle..Gap Kids...odd...anyway...I do love the selection they have for the little ones..why can't the adult clothes be as awesome? The little pea-coats and poor boy hats for boys are adorable..and all the knits I have purchased for my niece never go unworn! The clothes are a little on the spendy side considering kids grow out of them so quickly...but totally worth it Christmas morning when you see then try on their stylish new digs!

The service is ok...they seem disinterested and bored...but they have great snap back as the store is always tidy and customer ready!

When I wanted to exchange for a larger size for my son's jeans ( which was a lighter denim colour) one of the managers accused me of "washing" the pants prior to exchanging it, in which I did not. She looked long and hard, and she finally said, " Ok, I will only do it this time". I was shocked at her response.
Also, time and time again, whenever I call to place an item or two on hold, they are always unable to place the RiGHT item on hold. Instead, they tell me that one of the managers "called me" to tell me that there was no such item in their store, even though I know clearly for a fact, that no one from the store has ever called me, since they never asked for my phone number in the first place.

Also, the service from the sales associates are completely horrendous! I stopped by during the Christmas rush, and the store was packed with a truck load of people, without a sales in site. Instead, all the sales staff decided that it was more important to put up a Christmas display at the front of the store than to help the customers. I did not know that it would take the whole entire staff to put up a display, that consists of just some simple posters and already cut-out silhouettes of festive displays. This proves to show that the sales associates lack  intelligence and that they cannot do something as simple as multitasking. By the way, its just retail, its not an "actual" career, so please do it well, it shouldn't be that difficult.
