The pub food is mediocre, I had the chicken fingers with fries and the chicken fingers felt like they been frozen and the fries just taste like dirt. For the drinks, its typically the average rate for booze and liquor, although a tad cheaper than Clintons.
I was really befunelled of their favourites menu which to my dismay thinking that these selections are actually great. I had a friend ordered bangers and mash and the beans look like they came from a can and the mash looks atrocious looking.
The waiters are somewhat attentive, checking us up everytime though it tends to get annoying and just wanted us to buy more booze or leave. Although the waitress we had was hot so it didn't really matter plus since we came in with a group of 10, she was able to help us with the splitting of the bills that had netted around 200+ in the final bill.
I would just suggest the greek restaurants around this area, like Mezzinis which isn't a bar but you could at least drink and eat a delicious gyro at the same time.. -

This place has horrible service. We went there on a Sunday night and they sent us away because one of us didn't have any ID. We walked home to get her ID and when we got back he told us to leave because we could get charged for trespassing cause she wasn't minding her manners. All she did was toss her ID on the bar and it bounced and he took that as being rude and freaked on his power trip and told us to leave...maybe this is why the bar is TOTALLY dead. What a douche.

Hmmm...well, I kind of like it here, although more for drinks than food. I have ordered wings here and they are decent, and there's usually a special on Canadian or Coors Light, which is a good deal. My only complaint is the day bartender here - there's regulars at the bar all the time and she fusses over them, talks to them, etc...but when a new customer comes in she seems completely annoyed that she has to even SERVE them. Makes you feel very uncomfortable. Other staff are nice and not so uppity though.

On the night in question, the place was dead and the bar was clearly overstaffed. The service was fast, because the staff had nothing else to do, but it wasn't super great as they don't seem to have any top caliber staff in the first place.
The drink prices are fair considering that this bar is right on the Danforth. I didn't have the opportunity to try the food but the menu was pretty straightforward with typical pub food. Also to comment on their menu, they need to hire a new company for their menu design. The photoshopping done on the stock photography was TERRIBLE! -

Went with missus to watch some MNF, grab a beer and a snack. Have been a few times now. It's been either here or the Jester. Free Wifi and HiDef at the Jester is an incentive but while the Fox doesn't offer that, it offers room..lots of room. Service has always been friendly, especially when it's quiet.
The Monday Night half price wings were out fast, were big and the Salt & Pepper seasoning I chose was good, just enough to cover the greasing and spice it up.
The washrooms are nice and large, clean and well lit too. Power hand dryer is a bonus.
Lots of your traditional bar games plus 3 Megatouch machines which is a bonus. (Who doesn't like Photohunt, am I right?!). On wing nights they offer free pool as well. And seeing wing nights are Sunday and Monday you get cheap wings, free pool and NFL. Not a bad way to spend 2 days!
Overall, no reason not to go back. -

This place is garbage.
1. Every time I wanted a new beer, I had to basically perform semaphore signals with my beer glasses like I was trying to guide a landing jumbo jet.
2. The fish and chips took forever to come out. I could have gone fishing, cleaned the fish, make a fire, and cook it faster than them. Seriously, why does deep frying some food take 1 hour?
3. The fish and chips had 2 pieces, I ate the first piece, then when I went to tackle the 2nd piece, there was a super long hair coiled underneath the piece like a snake waiting to strike. Shocked, I sent it back.
4. They charged 10 bucks a head to see the UFC fight and over packed the place causing everyone to be shoulder to shoulder and the root of the shitty overall service. -

A decent enough place to sit outside and have a beer. The service was good and the food was about average for bar food in the area.
