The service was mediocre. Not attentive or helpful. Unpredictable hours on the weekends and average selection of flowers. Impressive selection of orchids, but pricey for what you get. $74 gets five bamboos and one stem of orchids with approximately 8-10 blooms.

Our office has a weekly standing order with First Blossom for fresh flower arrangements to be delivered every Monday. In the last year the service has gone down hill dramatically and only after two complaints are they trying to redeem themselves. The flower arrangements are beautiful but when I called to ask why they weren't being delivered until almost the end of the day on Monday's, I was told they could only do so much for the amount we pay. I was most surprised by this answer. It shouldn't matter what we pay, what should matter is that the customer is satisfied and that the flowers are here before the afternoon. With a wedding coming up I have been searching for florists but I will definitely not use these guys if that is the attitude they have.
