Absolutely most amazing service I've ever gotten.
Before heading to the place, I sent an e-mail to the location to their e-mail address I found on their site. The replies were within minutes and all my questions were addressed right away. Amazing customer service from the get-go.
Then when I went to the location, I used the drop-off wash & fold service that I got a group deal voucher for. The attentant (Paul) took care of all my laundry, he said I could use the remainder of the balance off of my voucher for the next time, he waited for me until after the place closed (I was running a bit late and didn't even let him know I was for sure returning that night for my laundry), and even through in several hangers. He also helped me carry my laundry to my car.
He went above and beyond what I would've expected. I'm definitely going back there to have my laundry done.Listed in: Top of the Line Customer…
