I found that the Bubble Tea Cafe has a little more to offer than some other places.
In addition to their large selection of bubble tea they also serve, slushes and milkshakes. If you are hungry they also have a small menu to choose from. I am no Bubble tea pro so I can't tell you that I know exactly what my orders should taste like but it tasted dam good. As long as I am not disappointed it doesn't matter I guess.
The staff is really nice, very outgoing and extremely welcoming. They make your visit very pleasant. -

What a cute little cafe on 97th! This was the first time I've been here. And though I only ordered a couple of papaya bubble teas, I watched the many dishes ordered here look and smell delicious. The bubble teas were great and reasonably priced, $3~3.50, though they are smaller than other bubble tea places. I also found that there were some ice chunks on the bottom that prevented you from sucking up the last bit of juice. A minor inconvenience.
It's a very small place, 6 or 7 tables, but it looks like a great place for a quick lunch or dinner. It was kind of neat to watch the Hong Kong shows on the TV. Would definitely be back again to try the food. I really liked it here, giving it 3.5 stars. -

It's no secret - I love bubble tea. I love the sweetness of the taste, the texture of the chewy sago balls, and seemingly endless choices of flavours. As a result, I was very excited to see that a new bubble tea shop was opening, right on 97 street in the heart of Chinatown no less.
The Bubble Tea Café sells a variety of bubble drinks, coffees, milkshakes, and slushes. A limited menu of Asian meals and snacks is also available. The price for a bubble tea is slightly lower than I have experienced in other places. My taro bubble tea tasted exactly as I wanted - sweet and milky. On another visit, I had a chocolate milkshake. The serving size was slightly smaller than I expected, but again, it was very rich.
There are a few tables in the café, and service is very friendly. If you find yourself strolling down Chinatown and crave a refreshing drink (and there are a few hot drinks available that should be perfect for our coming cold weather), definitely stop into The Bubble Tea Café.Listed in: Welcome to McCauley
