Review from Elvis A.
This beer store is quite bad with all sorts of foul smells emanating outside and inside the store!
Be prepared for huge lineups here even during weekdays. Lots of people recycling their stuff here. Quite a rough crowd so try not to make eye contact and mind your business.
Beer selection is decent actually with some harder to find stuff like la fin du monde being sold here. Can't say much except come here only if you have to. -
Review from Mike S.

This is bar-none the worst smelling consumer-oriented edifice I've ever been to. If you're interested in a dank and bum-ridden place to pick up a shitty selection of beer....this is it.
The line is atrocious and you can expect to wait a not so pleasant 15 minutes to get through BUT I swear that once you get outside it'll be the best dose of ozone that will ever reach your olfactory sense.
So, why does it smell so bad? Well, at any given moment there are at least 4-6 vagrants returning bottles that they've scoured the city for. Obviously these people don't wash (piss) and putting them together in a confined space doesn't do anyone any good.
Not much to be said about the selection because it's pretty typical for The Beer Store, although, they're frequently out of my "go-to" stuff like Tankhouse (wtf, who is ever out of that?) and Pilsner Urquell (cans). It's mostly full-serve but they have about 10 macro brands available for pickup near the checkout.
