    I love department stores... but this Bay has ruined the experience.

    This store is nothing but clothing... which would be just fine if it wasn't a collection of rejects from all the other Bays of Ontario.

    This super small one floor locations has no electronic section, no appliances, and no furniture. The makeup counter is sad... apart from the Mac counter they only have the basic brands: Estee Lauder, Clinique, and Lancome.

    I went in looking for a strapless bras; funny enough their lingerie sections is inexplicably large given the size of this store. I wandered around aimlessly for 15 minutes looking for my size and not one of the three associates bothered asking if I needed help. In the end I found what I was looking for but I was on my own.

    The change rooms were dirty and rundown.
