Ok this place is catered to 2 for 1 coupons - large portion and little ingredients (as compared to few years ago) - , definitely not if paying full prices. Despite all, good services. one star for the coupon, one star for the services.

WORSE THAI FOOD EVER!!!
This "Thai House" I'm assuming is a "fake" since they are not listed on the official Thai House website. This establishment is operated by Chinese, so the authenticity of the food is not there, nor even close.
In fact, everything was bland and watered down. If you haven't had the real Thai House food then you may not mind, but trust me - it's night and day.
I was looking forward to eating the great food off the Thai House lunch menu with a few friends as I usually do at the North Vancouver Thai House but was utterly disappointed. First, the menu was just a regular menu with everything way overpriced for lunch. Second, the staff were lazy and at times frustrating. Third, the place was filthy. Lastly, the food was plain awful, so much so I wanted to walk out and leave: the curry was so watered down it was like soup that had absolutely no flavour not to mention the chicken was dry as... well you get the point; the chicken with peanut sauce on a bed of spinach may have been throw up on a bed of toilet water; and the last unmemorable dish we ordered was probably just as bad.
Apparently, as I am writing this I have learned they have closed down. THANK ... GOD! Let this be a lesson to other restaurants that want to serve crap to it's customers.
NOTE: THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY NO REFLECTION ON THE REAL THAI HOUSE OR IT'S OTHER RESTAURANTS. -

We found the service was fine, the servers knew the ingredients and were helpful and attentive.
They happily brought us our "new pad thai" that tasted like Heinz canned spaghetti with slimy beef slices. The pineapple fried rice was terrible as well, sloppy and flavorless.
I would feel bad giving this food to a homeless person.
Expensive too. -

I'm not sure why this place is so popular other than its great location. The service is brutal (talk about taking your customers for granted), and the food is ok, but in Vancouver, there are so many better thai options. And to top it off, its not cheap!
Anything is better than thai house. -

Came here last week with a friend, got a pad thai and vegetarian lettuce wrap. It was pretty slow cause it was mid afternoon.. around 4 ish? So there weren't many people. Service was brief, but came when I gave them a bit of eye contact.
Each dish was 11.95 and generously portioned. We shared the dishes but still had like almost half to take home. The pad thai came with pretty large sized shrimp. The lettuce wrap tastes more authentic than the one at Green Basil, and tastes better too cause the tofu that is used at Green Basil is entirely deep fried.
The service here was fine, like I said, very few customers. It was weird though, they constantly topped off our waters but didn't say a single word to us. And the restaurant is run by Chinese people.
The place isn't over decorated, it's okay, nothing special.
I'll come back maybe, maybe not. Wouldn't recommend or bash the restaurant. -

I am not sure if the Thai House has changed owners, but they are now the Thai House Restaurant Royale.
I was craving Thai House all day today. Finally get my Gai Curry and Pineapple Fried Rice take-out home and................ holy disappointed!! The Thai House used to be my absolute favourite. But both of my dishes were blah and tasteless. How disappointing!! I bought lots for left overs for dinner tomorrow but I think I will pass. Well, at least the dog liked it! -

I had Pad Ma-Mung Hin Ma-Pan (beef, cashew nuts, bell peppers, onions and celery and it came with rice) Honestly, it tasted pretty good, nothing amazing, and it filled me up and it wasn't too memorable. Thai House is one of the very few Thai restaurants in Burnaby.

This is one of the worst Thai food I have ever tried! They could not serve a vegetarian (Seafood less) Tom Yum Soup!
Fried rice, which was served within 5 minutes, was a mixture of steamed vegetable and cooked rice, there were no signs of frying! They forced me to write my first review on yelps!
