    This day spa offers excellent customer service and the staff seem experienced and professional. I was particularly impressed by the treatment rooms, which are welcoming instead of overly clinical. Although I came here on what appeared to be one of the busiest days of the year, my facial treatment wasn't rushed and I felt really relaxed. I would come back here again, although this is definitely on the pricey end for spas in London.

    There are a number of product lines used for treatments as well as priced for sale in the waiting area. Very clean and plenty of free parking.
