YUM! I don't normally eat deli meats and sausages but ever since I bought Tenderloin Meat and Sausage's famous coarse-ground kubasa from for a friend's fundraiser - I was hooked! The reason I don't like deli meats is that they're full of bad stuff but because this place doesn't use any MSG in any of the cured meats and they don't use any fillers - a plus in my books!
The kubasa is garlicky and flavourful without being too salty. The salami and the headcheese are both really good too. They sell other brands like Schneider and such but I go for the items that are made by TM&S because they taste so much better.
There's plenty of parking just north of the store (which I didn't see on my first visit, it's marked as TM&S customer parking). Despite the long lines during Christmas, it moved pretty fast but the service remained warm and friendly.
