Characteristically similar to the other Ten Thousand Villages, but with one difference: it feels spacious!
Room to maneuver without the fear of knocking something over like a bull in a china shop combined with the store being divided into various sections and displays made turned this a shopping experience worth yelping about.
I hadn't planned on buying anything, but couldn't help selecting an African made card with two giraffes on it. I especially loved that it was marked 50% off with a note that read, "The artisans have been paid in full for this."
Knowing my dollars are going to people who deserve it has made me a loyal customer over the years. Heck, at Christmas, I even purchase "Living Gifts" for family and friends from here!Listed in: Eco Vancouver, Hostess Gifts
