My Experience at this telus location was fantastic. My Experience was started by being greeted by the already busy store associates who explained that i would be waiting a while due to the computers being down. Throughout the activation of my phone the computers had acted up, but the associate had kept his calm and continued to keep me entertained through out the process. After a 2 Hour wait to get singed on with telus the staff quickly offered me a bluetooth headset (without me complaining at all)
I went back on a different occasion due to a small problem i had in calling the call centre where a different associate had no problem calling in for me to represent me. -

The employees were busy talking when I entered the store. I waited patiently behind the counter waiting for one of them to come to the front of the store. Another woman walked in behind me. The male associate turned and began discussing phones with her. Then as I am standing there, he brushes by me saying 'excuse me sir' and then goes around the corner and proceeds to help this lady. At this point, I want to leave but decide to wait and see if the girl will finally approach me. She does not, she disappears into the back and begins doing stock. Stock around noon, during christmas, when malls begin to get busy. The place is getting busy and she comes back and now attends to another customer. I turn to the male associate at the desk and say, 'listen, i've been standing here for almost 40 minutes, and you both have completely ignored me. I just wanted to know how long it would take to activate a data stick.' the employee says 'I'm not sure maybe 20 or 40 minutes'.
That's double the first time estimate.
Ridiculous.
