The Tech Shop caters to the specifically to the runner, and supports the theory of running under the following points:
-because it's fun, you meet new people, its great workout in a short period of time, anyone can doing it, its inexpensive, strengthen tone, and it's a great cardio vascular fitness.
Everything you need to get your run on is here; shorts, jackets, tights, runners, braces, there are even weekly clinics: marathon running, trail running, drop in trial running and the list goes on and on.
What I especially liked about this store is their honesty; I was looking at getting a support system for my knees and perhaps a new set of runners, because I have been encouraged to exercise in my knees by running. Many products were presented to me by Lauren plus she explained the pros and cons of each item she had, how it would affect certain areas of my knees. She was incredibly informative but in the end she felt it was best to consult with physio before buying anything.
I really appreciated this honestly so I give this store a nice high star rating. Stop running like a chicken with your head cut off and focus. Get to the Tech Shop for your running needs.
