The staff here are really knowledgeable and passionate about tea. They don't rush you which is nice, and they don't mind giving you samples of different teas and making suggestions based on your tastes.
We own one of their "tea masters" which makes it easy to brew the loose leaves. Since we got it, my boyfriend's been making tea everyday! We've only tried a few of their flavours, but the "caramellisimo" is the best so far. It's like having dessert in liquid form.
Yes, it's a little pricey, that's why it only gets 4 stars. -

Tea is making a splash into the main stream as I see more of these Teopia franchises shops appearing in the malls in the GTA.
Today I was feeling experimental and decided on the apple pie tea. Teopia brews loose leaf and they allow it steep and all. The smell resembled an apple pie but unfortunately it tasted like funky flavoured water after a brew. Oh well for experimenting. :( A safety pick would be a green, black, jasmine, oolong tea.
One can buy their favorite tea by the weight, tea gift sets, tea pots, or herbal supplements. -

Just love Teaopia!!
- The decoration so nice! Look more like a spa than a loose tea leaves store
- There are at least 4 type of tea set up for sampling
- Interesting selections of tea leaves: love those detox, slimming slender and other healthy herbal tea mix
- excellent services
- great selections of tea ware
I will for sure be purchasing more tea from Teaopia for myself and gifts for my friends!
