    This TD is different.
    The teller area is away from the 'other desk stuff', which can be found up a few stairs. The separation really works, as it really cleans up the look of the entire floor. Banks looks so stuffy, when you see a line of glass cubical bankers, next to a long counter of tellers.

    I love bringing my dog in here, as they're always super excited to see a four-legged friend. They're super dog friendly, which is a plus for me.
    Not only have I NEVER encountered a line up between 1-2pm, and they're super quick.
    They spend more time telling me how cute my dog is, than they do, over my boring banking deposits. I have to say I love it :)

    I've only really been here for simple transactions - depositing a cheque, grabbing some cash from the ATM, that kind of thing. Service for me has always been, quick, courteous, and competent. Money extracted has always been the amount requested in the currency requested - accuracy IS important, kids.* The line always moves well, and if there are slowdowns, CP24 is tuned to the LCD overhead, with the sound off so there's something to keep your attention without being overly distracting.

    A couple of bad points: the space to line up in is too damned small. This is largely a function of the shape of the space they're in, and the need for a wheelchair elevator in the small space, but it's still incredibly annoying if more than about four people enqueue. Also, the entrance for the ATM is off of Spadina, which slopes rather a bit in this area, and is a bit treacherous in winter times. Moving the ATM to the upper half off Bremner would have been preferable I think, and would have solved some of the standing room issues.

    * - :)
