This is a great TD location as far as staff and service are concerned.
There's not too much I can write for a review on a bank, but I've been going to this branch for about a year and every single time I've had great service. None of the tellers or financial advisers have made an error with my information or transactions, and this branch has been able to clear up mistakes made by other branches on my account.
I like to go into my bank branch at least once every 3-4 weeks to get some of my more sensitive banking done in person. Although this is fairly frequent, but far from making me a regular, many of the tellers and the branch manager recognize me and say hi to me by name before I even get to the teller (which would put my name up on the screen). I really like the fact that they know who I am, even though I don't have millions invested with them. However, if I did have millions, I would definitely place my funds here as I'm extremely happy.
It's not important for me, but this location always seems to have one staff on that is fluent in Mandarin, French and once and a while Spanish. This is great for people coming in foreign destinations.
One of the reasons I like TD is the hours their branches have. This location is open 6 days a week (and may be going to 7 days sometime this year) and is open at 8am-6pm Monday to Wednesday, 8am-8pm on Thursday and Friday and 8am-4pm on Saturday.
If I had make some criticism of the branch is that one of its ATMs is located on the Broadway on the outside of the building and the other is located in the front doors. Not that it's terrible, but the ATM on Broadway feels a bit unsecure, but it would allow you to get money really fast.
All in all, I really like this branch of TD and recommend it as a location if you want to set up an account, do some routine banking, or get some financial planning advice. -

Nice bank, friendly tellers and quality service! What more could you ask for?
I'm not deducting a star for it, but the TD bank machine outside on W Broadway seems a little sketch. They do have one inside which I'd recommend using instead. -
