Because they're a bank, I think that 3 stars is the maximum they're allowed to receive. They charge me fees, they don't explain what all the fees are for, they nickle and they dime--but they all do.
This TD branch is always smiling and friendly when I come in. Some of them even remember me! There's casual conversation while sorting through the why-am-I-getting-charged-for-this again's, and at the end of the day I always leave satisfied that I wasn't taken advantage of. (Watch for weird charges that pop up on your bank statement, is my only word to the wise...it's happened several times, each for over $5, all unexplained, but always refunded).
