Review from Lacey H.
This TD location is conveniently located, with a parking lot and a fair amount of metered spots along the side if you head in with your four wheeled friend.
There are two ATMs, which is my preferred method of banking, as well as friendly and attentive employees if you do choose to venture in and to do some human to human business.
When I went in recently to meet with a financial adviser, I was so pleasantly surprised with the ease of the visit, and the understanding nature of the woman who assisted me. From making the appointment, to heading in for a few meetings, the process was simple, straight froward, friendly and helpful.
It was comforting to feel a sense of comradery between myself and the employee, instead of that standard bank dynamic where sometimes you feel like you're groveling against a major corporation.
I recommend this bank as a place to manage your day-to-day finances, as well as a potentially good spot to choose if you're looking into student loans and the like. Banking isn't always a pain free experience, but my recent interaction gave me hope! -

I've been a TD client since as long as I can remember - Montreal, Toronto and now Halifax. And unlike those other cities, there doesn't seem to be many branches. I live in the Hydrostone, so my choices are the two downtown - no or very limited street parking, or at the Halifax Shopping Centre and so I like to go to the one on Quinpool.
Not only is there street parking (I've rarely had to walk more than 1/4 block) they also have their own parking lot just behind the branch. Two self-serve kiosks and great staff if you really need to see a friendly face. My perfect solution. -

In my opinion, TD bank is the best bank of all the choices. A lot of branches, reasonable hours and cheap fees for basic accounts. I used their service when I was a student and then I switched to RBC but in the end I came back to them, because their accounts do have the most value
