All the Tavern United locations look the same inside so I guess it really doesn't matter which one you go to. Although I find the Hargrave one near the MTS centre to be a tad nicer since they have a decent rooftop lounge.
Otherwise, I find the service at the McPhillips location to be really bad. The servers aren't the brightest as it takes forever for them to notice that you need another drink or want the bill. The crowd varies depending on what time you go but it's definitely feels more like the 18-21 age range. Lots of idiots drinking way too much and acting accordingly.
Their Wednesday wing night is pretty damn cheap (it's also cheap for dry ribs too). Once again, it's those big fat wings and they're breaded so not my fav. But I think it was like $6 a pound so really, you can't complain at those prices. The super spicy flavour had decent heat to it.
