To some, hot sauce is a dressing...and to others, its a lifestyle!
I thought i knew a thing or two about hot sauce...i mean i got my sirachila for my asian foods, valentina's for my mexican, la bomba for my italian and a couple other bad boys in my collection...but when i walked into this place, i was floored at how many savory scorching sauces i still have to get my hands on!
What makes the experience a lot nicer is the fact that you can sample pretty much any sauce you want with a nice little piece of bread. Don't be afraid to ask questions cause the service is GRREAT!!! They love to help you out and show you the right level of heat to satisfy your fiery needs. My only recommendation...TAKE A LOT OF WATER...n maybe a bag full of chocolate n a towel too cause when i left that place, my mouth was on fire, my forehead was dripping and my t-shirt was starting to look like i just ran a half marathon...
Drink milk, love life...eat hot sauce! -

Damn. A store that sells *nothing but hot sauce*. I couldn't believe it until I went inside and...yep. Seems to be the case.
Since I can't really handle much of the stuff myself, I was a mere observer. Bottles as far as the eye can see and little more, sorted *obviously* according to heat. Pictures of cacti and sweating men's faces and exploding hearts (now I might be making some of this up) abound on the labels. They also had some really delicious looking zested oils and vinegars for people like me. That was a smart move.
The guy who worked there was pretty funny and I watched him sell some of the hottest stuff to a girl, who was buying a gift. He made her sign a ~waiver~. I got a strict, no waiver policy, but suddenly this sauce business became very exciting. I asked him about it and he said that some kid touched his eye with sauce on his finger and went to the hospital when it swelled shut. Apparently, he was warned, and for all the future generations, there's signs forbidding tastings to anybody under 16. Man alive.
