Meeting Nina of Tartlets was the only good thing about attending a wedding fair in Vancouver in January. She was charming and enthusiastic about making a Swedish Princess cake for my wedding. We came to her shop for a tasting and were very impressed. Of course, we booked her and we were even more impressed by the cake that she delivered for our wedding!
Nina does not run an open shop, so you can't just pop in and pick up a cake. Everything is made to order so you have to call ahead if there is something you want or if you want to come in for a tasting. If you absolutely must have one of Nina's yummy desserts NOW, then consider stopping by at a Delany's coffee shop, where they now sell Nina's pastries. -

Nina was amazing and brought our vision (even though it was a fairly simple vision ;) ) for our wedding cake to life!
She has a lot of great flavours to choose from and a variety of styles too! She was very willing to work with our budget and I would recommend her to anyone if they're looking for a great place for a wedding cake!
