Taking a walk around Niagara Falls, you can bump into some interesting sights - and i don't mean the falls.
The people talk funny, walk funny, dress funny, and can't 10-pin bowl worth shit. might I add.
Despite all that, its nice to come across a late night shawarma place - its the type of food thats a perfect midnight snack. so much so, that you barely have to eat breakfast the following morning. and to think I almost turned back to a hot dog and fry stand. ug.
Tarboosh was delicious and hit the spot. Although, because it was jam-packed, they really rushed making my food, and it completely fell apart while I was eating it. Which, I will excuse, because of the hour of our arrival and the line up out the door.
As my girlfriend said re: the lineup, "either this place is the best in the city, or its the only place open this late."
either way, it smelt great, tasted great, made me forget about my gambling losses and they were friendly dudes. So I would suggest paying a visit, and would go back again myself.
