I love going to this farm for horseback riding! $70 for two. The trail takes 1 - 1.5 hours around the farmland, woods, grasslands, etc. The farm owners are very kind and pleasant to talk to. 2 people always come with us to show the way. Usually the girls (high school teenagers). As an added bonus, you can buy puppies and kittens at an unbelievably shockingly awesome price! They are really cute, and they look so healthy!
It is recommended that you wear boots that don't have straps/laces, and come up to your knees. Furthermore, making an appointment is mandatory, but they accept appointments for the same day. Mud, animal feces, etc. on the ground can splash onto your clothes and hair. It would be smart to bring extra clothes, a hat and a bandana to cover your neck. Wear something you are comfortable in, and don't care about getting damaged.
After the riding is done, you can head to the sand dune. There is a provincial park nearby. It is quite a nice scenic drive. And you can have a walk at the park trails.
There are also fun places to stop by along the way. Museums, galleries, etc.
Drop by at East & Main Bistro for dinner. It is located at a very small picturesque town. It will be a pleasure to walk around the block to experience relaxing and stress-free lifestyle. Address is 270 Main St, Prince Edward, ON K0K 3L0
