My craving for fish tacos with the weird but delicious combination of white sauce and cabbage was thrown out the window after they crudely defrosted and "cooked" the pre-deep fried fish in the microwave *puke* + *tear*.
I recall intently watching (and drooling) over the Food channel as I watched the success story of Taco Del Mar in all it's deliciousness and dreaming of them coming to Vancouver. That was years ago. And now that it's finally arrived, I must say I am sadly disappointed. I have tried over 4 different locations and I really wanted to like them. Maybe it's just me but it seems like this franchise (1) charges more without proper justification and (2) has a tendency to hire children.
