Review from Melissa L.
After a long day of having fun in Niagara Falls, we ended up at T.G.I. for dinner: My husband, his parents, our 2-year old and me.
We ended up getting 3 orders of the Blackened Cajun Chicken Sandwich with fries for $17.99 each.
The food was good. I really enjoyed the taste of the chicken.
However the portions were small for the steep price.
And that's why this place won't get more than 3 stars from me.
I have nothing bad to say about the service.
The waiter was friendly and attentive.
He made sure we got an extra plate since we were sharing the food.
The staff also gave us crayons and a coloring sheet for our son to keep him occupied while we were waiting.
He wasn't interested, so the adults at our table ended up solving the word puzzle on the sheet, but hey... at least some of us were entertained, right? ;)Listed in: Meat!

UNBELIEVABLE PRICES!!!! Just like everyone else said. We went late night and I almost pooped my pants when I saw the menu!!! $9.99 for 6 wings, and I think the spinach dip (which was COLD) was something around $14.99!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you want food late night, CALL PIZZA PIZZA down the street!! They deliver late!

Wow. We were totally jipped of our money.
The restaurant is located inside Embassy Suites Fallsview, so they decided since tourists staying at the hotel are going to eat whatever that is closest to them, they're going to pull a fast one and charge twice as much more as a "regular" T.G.I. Friday's down the street (which there was). And my family fell for it.
The food was average American food, however, our waitress could have been better. Sometimes we wouldn't see her for long periods of time which is funny 'cause we were the only table she was serving, since it was practically empty.
What really gets me though are the prices. Regularly, let's say the pasta is $9.99? They charged $17.99 for it instead. Ridiculous. -

Ugh. Wish I would have read about the other one down the street that charges half the price sooner - the price of this TGI Fridays is downright criminal. $17.99 for chicken strips and fries. $15+ for all salads, even a house salad. $30 for fish - and not even good fish.
Horrendously overpriced, a smaller menu than most Fridays, and the food was lesser quality than the other Fridays I've been to as well. AVOID. -
Review from Dan K.
Terrible. The prices are double here and the service stinks. Our server never asked me what I wanted to drink, never cleared the table and never asked me what I wanted for dessert, even though he asked my dinner date what he wanted.
Do not waste your money here. It is not worth it. -

Checking in at 2 AM in the hotel starving and desperate for a hot meal, we stepped into this TGI Friday. What a mistake! Avoid at all cost ...
I saw the price on the menu and immediately decided to just "SHARE" an appetizer combo with my husband. Something to tie us over til the morning. Even then, the food was so terrible that we didn't finish the appetizer.
My husband ordered a diet coke, the drink came and we knew something is off. It was such a light color that obviously the syrup was needing to be replaced. When I complained, the server said, "oh, I guess we need to replace the syrup. Do you want to order something else instead?"
O.o
I guess he can't be bothered to replace the syrup... I mean, what was I thinking... though he only has 1 other table besides us, but by god, he does have a bunch of friends that he likes to chat with while he was on the clock serving food.
Terrible price, terrible food, terrible service. We left him a few coins for tip so that it was clear we didn't "forget" the tip, but that's how much his service was worth. -

I realize that you're not going to have the A team working on a Tuesday at 2am, but when you fly in from LA and arrive late at night, your options are few.
Here are some pointers from myself and my co-workers and friends:
1. Read labels. Not all white wines are the same.
2. Cook your food all the way through.
3. Traditionally, martinis don't have ice in them.
4. Don't spend your time chatting with your friends when you're only waiting on one table.
Despite the mediocre food and less than stellar service, that Molson Canadian in a frosty mug was just about the best thing a weary traveller could ask for from a 24 hour TGI Fridays. -

TGI Fridays was our last resort for a meal for the family. After attempting to go to nearby buffet's with kids in tow... no luck, Friday's seemed to be the only option for us.
We got the sampler platter to share.
Buffalo wings - were way too tangy to be buffalo wings.
fried mozzerella - can't go wrong
potato skins - can't go wrong
Bruschetta Chicken Pasta - was alright. they split the plate in 2 for us, that were sharing. however, my portion of it was very vinegar'y and sour for enjoyment.
service was a bit slow. the waitress just gave us a pitcher of water, and decided not to truly serve us or keep our water glasses filled herself since it was a table of 6 + 2 kids. I know friday's in the states does not do this to paying patrons. -

Brampton, ON
This restaurant is the worse I have been too in my life. The food is terrible and all my my dishes were weird. To start off, I had a pasta which had some sweet, chocolate sauce on it. Chocolate sauce? This is the worse combination I have ever had in my life. It was horrible and I could not finish my plate. I would not recommend this to anyone. No wonder Gordon Ramsay makes jokes about TGI Friday so much.

Breakfast was horrible much better to to just eat in the pricey hotel restaurant. The two things I will give them is Shirley excellent bartender and the beef sliders were amazing.

Pretty simple. Service was terrible, even though the place was relatively empty. Price was high and the food was not that great.

Expensive and tasteless...skip it!

Review from Molly H.
Overpriced, but not too bad. The food was pretty good, the choices pretty wide, but boy was it expensive. If you want a plain steak, you're paying close to 40 dollars, but given the other choices, it's not too bad.

All the prices are double what they should be and the food is typical. Stay away. Goto the keg it has a great view and is about the same price.
