I'm sure everyone is trying their best to do good things for the environment and i'm sure even more people are trying to save a buck when they can.
Enter Swoop! Need a ride in the SoBe vicinity? Call them up! If you're traveling in the designated area (from 1st to 23rd, ocean drive to the bay) this little golf cart limo will take you where you need to go... for FREE!
Call ahead if you need a ride, you might have to wait a while. But when they're ready to pick you up, listen for the SWOOP SWOOP to know that they're there.

This service is awesome.
You see an electric golf cart roll by, call to the driver, he swings around and picks you up, and takes you anywhere you want to go south of 24th.
Tip him a few bucks and bob's your uncle. -

Swoop is too much fun! Called them from Lincoln Road on Super Bowl Sunday and they arrived in 10 minutes. Took our plastic beer cups from Zeke's and headed over to Dewey's through the back streets of South Beach in silent, electric stealth mode. They even had free bags of potato chips!

SWOOOOOP SWOOOOOOP!! I love yelling that to people on the street as I swooop on by. Open air Electric cars that take me for free anywhere around SOBE below 24th street?? SO COOL!! All I have to do is give a couple of bucks as a tip. FUN! This is the only way I try to travel around Miami. Taxis can get pricey and the drivers are lunatics and well nothing sexxier than that whoosh of air up your dress. I was swooped from The Flamingo South Beach to The Raliegh for a hoshy poshy Polo Event hosted by Mercedes Benz. hahah! I was in a dress and it was Earth Day so hey, why not? I called Swoop and they came to get me with others in tow, music loud and fun and we made two stops along the way and for $3.00 it was totally worth it.
SWOOP you need to contact me. I gave your AWESOME driver my business card. I do Public Relations I want to take Swoop to a national level. I've worked at a few of the top NYC PR Firms, have 16 years experience in PR and worked on leading brands you see at the store every day. I ADORE SWOOP! I think the whole concept is awesome totally ECO Friendly and chic. Last night while at dinner I gave two tourists from Texas the Swoop Number and they loved the idea. I'd love to call a bunch of editors at Elle and Vogue, GQ, Travel & Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler, Travel Channel and get all the travel bloggers and eco bloggers talking up Swoop so you can have Swoop mobiles in other cities across the country.
I think what you are doing is so great. SWOOOOP SWOOOOOP!! This is THE coolest way to get around in Miami. I've been in a Lamborghini which was pretty cool...THIS is waaaaay cooler. xoxo -

All I have to say is...these guys are awesome! Ultra music fest made it a disaster to get cabs. These guys saved the day. I had an awesome experience with Alex. Not only did he give me a ride to my destination, he also told me that the line was horrendous. Service and personality. Amazing!

One of the best kept secrets in South Beach is Swoop !!
People living on the beach are notorious for not wanted to leave the beach.
Why would we all the cool stuff is here already and we don't need to pay for parking, walk most of the time or we could take a cheap cab ride or we can
SWOOP !!!
Swoop is a slightly pimped up electric golf cart that you can call to pick you up from any bar or night club on the beach and they will take you to the next bar or restaurant or even drop you off at your apartment building or hotel.
They will also take you on late night Pizza runs too.
The best part is that the price is FREE !! The only ask for tips and semi decent behavior while riding in the car.
FREE rides from noon to 2 am from 1st street to 26th street and Ocean Drive to the bay but I have them out later on weekends.
It seats 5-6 comfortably and be prepared to wait awhile on a busy night but still so much more fun that a DUI.
Last time I was on there, I has a guy with a big ass snake riding in the front seat while my friend was yelling " SWOOP SWOOP SWOOP " and we hit Dewey's, Ted's and 8 Ounce all in one night for only $5 to the driver.
We called from each place when we were done and SWOOP appeared.
So go ahead and put that number in your cell now because even you come from the mainland you can park your one place and have SWOOP drive you around in open golf cart style for the night. -

SWWWOOOOOOPPPPP SWWWOOOOP....What a great Idea...I love SWOOOP. What Can I say this taxi service is amazing, not to mention its literally Free, you tip the driver what you feel he deserves. We had the music on, we had a great time with the driver....This idea needs to be everywhere in the world.
