My final (sniff) visit I squeezed in while in Canada. Did take-out (like 35% less than eat in - chicken dinner is $7.99 - Who~Hoo) and brought it back to our pricey hotel overlooking the falls. (Views were stuninng :-)
Everything perfect, right down to the take-out goodies bags with butter, cutlery, hand wipes, condiments.

Oh, Swiss Chalet, a family favorite. On a recent trip home, we made the drive up to Niagara Falls, ON to visit the only location we were aware of.
When we told the border patrol what we were doing over there, they laughed! Who would drive that far for some chicken? We would, but it's more about the sauce for us. The rotisserie chicken full of flavor, incredibly moist and tender. The fries with the skin on. Just thinking about it 2 weeks later, my mouth is still watering.
Our server was great, brought us extra sauce and never blinked at the request. Only complaint was the cashing out process, someone should help you figure out how to run their card machines rather than just leaving it at your table, expecting you to know. -

Food is usually excellent, affordable, and service is usually good. Restaurant can be pretty busy on Friday and Saturday nights though with tourists and locals.
