I can't imagine a summer drive to Lunenburg without getting a mouth watering homemade waffle cone filled with awesome homemade ice cream - always a different choice to try at Sweet Treasures. In fact, we time our visits to coincide with afternoon snacking. It's the best ice cream I've ever had since growing up in Montreal and going to dairy with a bazillion choices - pistachio always my favorite.
If you're not an ice cream fan...is there anyone out there?....then you'll really want a chunk of their own fudge - lots of choices and definitely worth a taste/ -

Basically i love the cuteness that is Montague St. in Lunenburg. The little gifty shops are just darling. But no trinkets can compare to the joy that fudge brings me.
I have many friends who get very excited by the prospect of ice cream, any time of the year. But i... I am not an ice cream girl. I might have the odd cone now and then. But many times i have been into Sweet Treasures and been the only one of my friends leaving without any of the cold stuff. Instead, i treat myself to a little slice of fudgy heaven. Maple Fudge is my absolute favourite. Go get some!
And from the oooohhhhs and aaaaaahhhhs my friends emit i'm assuming the ice cream is pretty much to die for as well.
