Svitlana's dresses are amazing and I left there feeling like I pretty much stole the dress I had her design and tailor make for me because her prices just can't be beat anywhere in the city.. and believe me I looked. No skimming on quality either! I'll be going back there.
It looks like Svitlana also has an online store which is nice. -

I don't have enought GREAT things to say about her kindness and wonderful skills as a dressmaker. I ordered my wedding dress from eBay that wasn't sewn right plus they shipped it late so I got it one week before I was to walk down the aisle. I called Svitlana and she even moved her schedule around to accommodate me. She stayed up late until 1:00am on several nights to get me my dress in time. I had a dress to wear on my big day and on top of that it looked FABULOUS!! If I ever need a dress for any reason ever again I will not hesitate in going back to Svitlana's.
