This is a pretty small health food store that's attached to another store called The Vitamin Farm. I find this store rather convenient, because it has many of the basic health foods that you can't get anywhere else in the close vicinity.
They have a whole freezer full of gluten-free foods, like breads, TV dinners, and burritos. Most of these are made by a company called Glutino. They also sell many other gluten-free items, like cookies, pasta, and breakfast bars.
My favourite item here is probably the lime-flavoured rice chips. These are so good and addictive. They also sell lots of organic foods like cereals, soups (Amy's), dried cranberries, and chocolate. In the fridge you can find nut butters, natural juices and pops, and even free-range eggs!
The prices here are pretty expensive for most things, so I only come here, when I really need something and can't make it somewhere else. You can actually find gluten-free pasta at the Shoppers Drug Mart across the way for much cheaper.
