Got a family order to go to share with my cousins and wow!!! we just started ordering from their menu on what looked to sound good. I am craving to go back but it's far from me so I'll have to plan the trip out here.
The chicken was delicious (even after sitting in the to-go containers for at least 10 minutes, so I can only imagine it being 10x as good if I dined in) We also had tostones (MMMMMM) and you just can't go wrong with their Salchi papa - French fries with pieces of hot dogs....(The thought of it has me savoring like Homer Simpson would)
Can't wait to go back! -

I visited Super Pollo with my girlfriend recently after having seen it on the way to Thai Village once before. The rotisserie chickens in the window looked appealing enough for us to weather the cold during the walk there.
The interior is set up somewhat awkwardly as the host desk is in the back of the dining area and obscured by a wall. Overall, the interior seemed warm and comfortable, and they have what looks to be a reasonable wine selection.
I ordered a chicken empanada (which turned out to be, like another reviewer said, in an Ecuadorian style, or Paraguayan perhaps -- meaning somewhat small, no scoring marks, very crispy but oily surface, and moist and doughy on the inside). It was delicious and went particularly well with the sauces provided. I also ordered the medium-size Chaulafan con Maduro y Aguacate, which was basically fried rice with diced meat (shrimp, chicken, pork, sausage). It was served with excellent slices of sweet plantain on top and, I think, a half of sliced avocado. The giant mound of rice filled the plate from edge to edge, making it a little tough to manage, but I like big portions. It looked and tasted excellent.
My girlfriend ordered the chicken breast plato, which looked a little boring compared to mine -- just a piece of chicken on top of white rice, beans on the side, and a long sweet plantain. She said she enjoyed it, though.
Also, the creamy green sauce that comes with the meals was great. Spicy and tasty.
This place is definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for pollo as opposed to chicken. -

I am starting to love Super Pollo! I regret that I haven't had the opportunity to actually walk in there and try some wine and sangria. I've ordered through Grubhub and every time they win me on quality and taste!
I usually get half a chicken paired with some fries and other sides. It all tastes amazing and really well priced. One drawback I had is the delivery speed, I wish they were a little faster ..
overall, I love the chicken - it's a great alternative to the greasy, oily, artificial stuff at KFC and other similar places. -

My husband first had take out from Super Pollo and gave rave reviews so when he suggested we go there for dinner I was excited to try it as well.
We enjoyed the roast chicken, Yuca, fries, platanos, Avocado salad, cheese Empanadas and rice and beans. They offered huge portions for such a small price.
The empanadas had a sweet and savory combo going on and although different than what I am used to tasty non the less.
I don't know what is in that green sauce but I was dipping everything in it.
The staff is small so the service is a tad slow but so worth the visit! -

It's great food at a great fare.... Oh my and the sweet plantains are so great. For just 2.50 they give you a huge serving that is enough for 2 or 3 people.
The portions are huge and wow if you love chicken you will love this place.
Give it a try and the Queso Empanada is a must... -

Very gross food. We ordered the roasted chicken and pork chunks, it seems like everything was cooked on a very dirty griddle with very old oil, was smothered in extremely salty gravy. Could not eat anything except for the rice and beans. The other reviews are so positive, I dont understand?

If you like rotiseirie chicken this is where you should go. Their chicken is pretty much up to par with all other chicken places. What made this place my favorite was their hot sauce. Every other place gives you something that is way too hot, or so mild that it might as well be water. Their hot sauce is just the right amount of spice. :) Fast delivery too.
