GROSS! Seriously. Is there a negative star option?
We arrived late at night, tired and looking forward to a quick rest before
hitting the road. Our room was dingy & dimly lit. The non-smoking room
smelled like we were sitting in an ashtray.
It was extremely loud, facing the train, Shell gas station, Tim Horton's &
highway. This made sleeping difficult (on top of the bad stench of cigarette
smoke!)
Getting into the shower in the morning, noticed that the bathroom wall was
filthy - either a smear of feces or blood was on the wall. Disgusting. Further looking proved that the walls are rarely wiped down.
I can usually find redeeming points in most negative situations, but this time I am at a loss.
