This place is really called "Sunshine Express" or commonly just "Sunshine". It is conveniently located in the second nearby University plaza.
There is a strong like and dislike for this place. I personally like it. You can conveniently come here to eat in their homely atmosphere (this may just be me..you need to get past the feeling of uncleanliness first) or get take out. The prices are really cheap, but you really need to know how to order here.
They have a small LCD available and they usually show Chinese period dramas, awesome! My favourite time was probably coming here to eat during the Beijing Olympics. They have it playing so you can order and quickly sit down to eat while watching. As a student, this is like god.. time is precious especially when it is exam time (which coincided with the Olympics).
