Best place that I have been to in Kamloops for meat. They have a really good selection and staff that are informed and willing to help out. I have bought a few things here and have enjoyed all of it. It is more expensive than the chains, but there is no doubt that the quality is much better. I also admire the fact that much of the meat cutting is done right behind the counter. It is nice to see that they take pride in cleanliness. I didn't price it out, but it also looks as though they have some nice freezer package deals.
They do have a little frozen section with some seafood and fish, but I would recommend going somewhere else with a broader, fresher selection. Having said that, it's a butcher shop, not a fish market, so this is not of great concern.
