I sublet a room here for a while, and the Summerhill is a pretty nice apartment building, although it doesn't look it from the outside. It has a big indoor swimming pool, sauna, deck, and tennis court; the rooms facing south have a pretty spectacular view of downtown. Of course, the rents take all that into account, so unless you use the amenities, or have a compelling reason to live uptown, it's a bit pricey.
You have to pay extra for a spot in the underground parking lot, but there is a small visitor's lot for short-term parking too. Apparently, even non-residents can rent spots by the month if they happen to work nearby, for example.
